How to reach the property: The trip to Wananavu is an adventure in itself, as the drive to the resort allows you to see the real Fiji. You will pass through the friendly Fijian towns of Lautoka, Ba, Tavua and Rakiraki. This drive takes approximately 2 hours. The resort also has a marina which allows for seaplane transfer service. Hotel Description: Located on the northern most tip of Viti Levu at Volivoli Point the resort is built into the hillside overlooking the blue waters of the Pacific offering spectacular sunset views. The views from the restaurant & bar area are unparalleled overlooking the nearby islands of Nananu-i-ra, Nanau-i-cake and Yanuca Island. At Wananavu you have the feel of an island paradise, yet you have the convenience of being on the mainland. Accommodations: Wananavu Beach Resort has 15 comfortable deluxe Bures plus 3 two-bedroom deluxe self-contained Villas. Bures and Villas are situated on or just back from the palm-fringed beach or amongst the lush tropical gardens. There are no phones, radio's or TV. All units have ceiling fans and air-conditioning, refrigerator, coffee/tea maker.

Surrounded by coconut palms and hibiscus this bure offers a peaceful atmosphere. 1 two-bedroom Oceanview Villa is fully self contained featuring a kitchen, 1 bathroom and laundry facilities. Dining and living area, large private balcony all offering lots of space in a perfect location. One bedroom has a queen bed and the 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds. 2 two-bedroom Beachfront Villas offer all the amenities of the Oceanview Villa but includes 2 bathrooms. The vibrant decor is contrasted against the white plastered walls and terra cotta tiled floors that continue outside to a patio area then on to a very spacious balcony. Restaurant/Bar: 1 You will experience a la carte dining featuring international and local cuisine including fresh fish and lobster caught from the Bligh Waters directly out from the Resort.
