Explore the Bega Lagoon sailing aboard one of the resort's 16' Hobie Cat. It's a great place to try your hand at windsurfing - ideal for beginners in the calm, protected waters. 1 - Beneath the expansive canopy of an old Banyan tree, overlooking the Beqa Lagoon is the Banyan Restaurant. The menu is Pacific Rim inspired and changes daily to take advantage of the fresh local fruits, vegetables and seafood. Breakfasts begins at 8am, lunch from 1pm and dinner from 7pm. Gourmet food baskets are available for guests looking for that romantic and secluded picnic lunch. Also, meals may be delivered to guest room or a designated location on the island.

Game Fishing: The Beqa Lagoon offers some of the best fishing in Fiji. Guests have the potential of hooking species such as Tuna, Mahi Mahi, and South Pacific Blue Marlin. Boat charters are by the hour (4 hour minimum), ½ Day or Full Day and include all rods and lures, light lunch with refreshments.

Surfing: Frigate Passage is a reef break which does require access by boat. The resort recommends surfers are of advanced level and wear protective helmets.

Fijian Wedding Ceremony
For those looking for a unique wedding experience consider this traditional ceremony which allows couples to participate and share in the local Fijian culture. The couple is separated in the morning to prepare for the ceremony. Bride and Groom are giving a traditional BoBo (Fijian Massage) with pure coconut oil and are then dressed in the traditional hand made tapa cloth attire. The Bride is carried to her waiting Groom on a Vatavata (ceremonial platform) with her arrival announced by the blowing of the shell. The ceremony is conducted on the beach by your choice of Minister or Justice of the Peace.
