How to reach the property: From Nadi International airport you connect for a one hour flight to Savusavu. Upon arrival in Savusavu, the resort will meet your flight providing a ground transfer (approximately a 45 minute drive) along the amazingly scenic Hibiscus Highway. Hotel Description: The Lomalagi Resort is a unique hillside, ocean front property. It's also a working coconut plantation. The resort is situated on a bluff, comprised of 25 acres and has 1600 feet of shoreline. It offers a most spectacular natural setting facing Natewa Bay, the largest bay in all the South Pacific. Throughout the property you will find that the grounds are beautifully landscaped. They have used wide wooden walkways throughout the resort. At night these paths are lit with green lighting creating a wonderful effect. There are only six villas and each is approx. 900 square feet. Villas are built into the hillside, commanding a most spectacular view of the bay. The dining pavilion is hexagonal in shape and overlooks the pool as well as the beautiful blue ocean. The menus are customized to your personal taste, so you will be asked about your food likes and dislikes before arriving at the resort. Breakfast is prepared from a menu and most guests have it brought to their Villa each morning. Here, enjoy your meal on your private deck in total tranquility, where all you will hear are the birds, the tropical breezes and nature in progress. The "Play House" which is the recreation room is located nearby and has regulation pool table and an exchange library and a variety of game boards. The swimming pool is in the shape of an "S" and uses filtered seawater; there are two large waterfalls that interact with the pool. Because Lomalagi faces due north, you will have sun all day all at the pool. Accommodations: There are only 6 self-contained villas each with a 300'+ private deck affording breathtaking views. These large suites feature wooden floors, queen size bed, a huge bathroom with open shower, soaking tub, sitting and dining area, along with a fully equipped kitchen including microwave. The design/interior layout is the same for all. A distinction in accommodation is made due to location. The resort offers 3 categories. 2 Hillside Villas: These units offer wonderful views in additional to being closer to the shoreline. 3 Hilltop Villas: Due to the elevation, these villas have the most amazing views. 1 Honeymoon Villa: Extremely private location The artwork and sculptures decorating the villas are from the owner's own collection.
